Learn and refine skills in changing behavioral, emotional, and thinking patterns associated with problems in living, that is those causing misery and distress.

*Adolescent DBT Group Wednesday’s 1230-2pm starting July 8th (8 week session)

*Adult DBT Group Thursday’s 3-430 pm starting July 9th
