Do you have questions?
 We may have the answer.

What to expect:

How do I get started?
Call the office at 763-497-0733 to speak with a trained staff member who will briefly ask about the issue you want to work on to help match you with the best therapist to meet your needs.
You may also send us a message through our contact page and a clinician will call you as soon as possible. Once the general concern and your preferences are determined, a therapist will be assigned to you based on your unique needs. Please feel free to read the clinician’s bios if you would like to request a specific therapist.

What paperwork is required?
Once an appointment is set, we will enter you into our appointment scheduling system and send you a one-time use link for your registration paperwork to the email address you provided during the intake process. Once you click the link and begin to fill out the paperwork, you must complete all the forms for it to save. If you left the process and need a new link sent, please let us know right away and we will send out another link. The registration forms vary slightly depending on whether the client is an adult or a minor and whether you are coming in for individual, couples, family or group counseling.

How long does it take to fill out the paperwork?
The paperwork takes about 20 minutes to fill out online.

What if I have question about the paperwork?
If you have any questions, just give us a call and we will answer any question you have. In addition, each therapist will go over in detail the registration paperwork you have signed during the informed consent process. Please feel free to ask questions during this process.

What do I do if I do not have access to a computer or did not receive the link to my paperwork?
I
f you are unable to complete the registration paperwork before your first session, please let us know and plan on arriving 30-45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. A staff member will greet you and hand you a tablet to complete the registration process.

What is the first session like?
When you arrive at the office, please have a seat in the waiting room and enjoy some refreshments. Your therapist will come get you when your appointment begins. During this first hour-long session, your therapist will introduce themselves, go over the registration paperwork and get a copy of your Driver's License and Insurance card, state their qualifications, go over confidentiality and privacy policies, and then begin the process of getting to know your unique needs and goals.. At the start of the appointment, your therapist will collect the session fee or co-pay and schedule a follow-up appointment.

Copays or 1/2 of the session, if meeting a deductible, is due at the start of the session.
