Michelle, has dedicated her life to helping people reach their full potential. She works with rescue workers dealing with accumulated and singular trauma and the effects it has on these individuals and the people who love them. Having worked with law enforcement personnel, veterans, firefighters and being married to a former police officer, she knows all too well the stress and anxiety put on individuals and their families. For this reason, Michelle focused her practice on Helping the Helpers, mainly the effects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) on emergency workers and their families.

Michelle is also qualified neutral by the state on MN. She is a Master Level Trainer with Minnesota Center For Professional Development. She is a Christian and helps others discover who they are in relation to God.
